Where to use it: This product is great for leveling, smoothing, and filling in thickness variations from 3 to 40 mm on new or existing surfaces like concrete, screeds, stone, terrazzo, ceramic tiles, and even old or new timber floors, including floorboards, chipboard panels, and plywood. It's ideal for dry areas as an underlayment for various floor finishes like tile, stone, vinyl, carpet, and wood. Ultraplan Renovation Screed 3240 is tough enough to handle heavy loads, castor wheel traffic, and works well with underfloor and undertile heating systems.

It’s also compatible with underfloor heating and can encapsulate electric cable heating systems under tiles.
