Delivery that gets cheaper as you buy more

Flooring delivery has real costs: manufacturers charge genuine fees to cut, wrap and ship made-to-order floors. Some retailers hide those fees inside higher prices. Some refuse small orders altogether. We do neither. We show the real delivery price at checkout, we share the cost with you, and as your order grows our margin covers more of it, until delivery is free. We call it Smart Delivery.

Free delivery on FW Originals

FREE delivery on all FW Originals products, with no minimum spend, to eligible addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. This includes Style, Style Parquet, Impression, Grande, Grande Parquet and CORE. For other addresses, please check delivery availability before ordering.

FW Originals CORE is delivered in 1–3 working days. Larger CORE quantities can be ordered online with free delivery.

Other warehouse stock

Other boxed goods held in our Worthing warehouse: FREE delivery to eligible addresses in England, Scotland and Wales on orders over £200. Under £200 a standard charge applies, shown at checkout.

Cut to size, delivered direct from the manufacturer

Sheet vinyl, Marmoleum and safety flooring are cut to your size and shipped straight from the manufacturer. At checkout you choose Home delivery or Business address delivery (commercial premises only). The delivery price falls as your order grows, and becomes FREE from £800 for home addresses and £500 for business addresses. We never refuse a small cut: the price you see is the honest cost of a made-to-measure service most retailers will not offer at all.

Carpet and vinyl rolls

Broadloom carpet and full-width vinyl rolls are delivered by our roll carrier and charged per roll at checkout.

Mixed orders

FW Originals items carry no delivery charge. Other items in a mixed order follow their usual delivery rules. You always see the exact combined total before you pay.

Delivery times

Warehouse stock: typically 1-3 business days. Manufacturer-direct and cut-to-order goods: typically 3-7 business days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Delivery times are estimates; delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or circumstances beyond our control.

Coverage and delivery details

We deliver to eligible addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland delivery is not currently available. Deliveries are kerbside. Please do not book fitters until your goods have arrived and been checked.
