That's why we send free samples. Order up to 4 of any product on our website and we'll post them to you the same week. No charge, no commitment, no follow-up sales calls.

How to order free samples

Email us at orders@flooringwholesale.co.uk with the products you'd like to sample. We'll dispatch your samples the same week, free of charge.

Include in your email:

• Up to 4 product names or codes (e.g. Mid Limed Oak Knight Tile, Astoria Oak Camaro, etc.)
• Your delivery address (UK only)
• Your name and phone number (in case our courier needs it)

Or call us on 01903 861474 Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. We'll talk through your project and post out 3-4 samples that match your brief.

Not sure which to sample?

Tell us about your project (room, traffic level, style preference) when you email and we'll suggest 3-4 suitable products. We've been fitting flooring across West Sussex since 1993, so we know which ranges suit which rooms.

You'll usually find our trade-priced own-brand ranges (Style LVT, Style Parquet, Woods Click SPC) match the construction and finish of the branded equivalents at a fraction of the cost. Don't take our word for it. Order the samples and see.

How many samples can I order?

Up to 4 free samples per order. If you need more for a larger project, contact us at orders@flooringwholesale.co.uk and we'll arrange it.

How long do samples take to arrive?

We dispatch the same week your request comes in (Mon-Fri). UK Royal Mail delivery is typically 2-3 working days after dispatch.

Are samples actually free?

Yes. No postage charge, no minimum order, no obligation to buy.

Do you send samples of branded ranges like Karndean and Polyflor?

Yes. We send free samples of every product on our website, including our stocked branded ranges. Karndean Knight Tile, Polyflor Camaro, Amtico Spacia, and others are all available to sample alongside our own-brand ranges.

I've requested samples but haven't received them — what should I do?

Drop us a line at orders@flooringwholesale.co.uk or call 01903 861474 and we'll track them down. Royal Mail occasionally delays smaller parcels.

Can I order samples of products I've already ordered?

Of course. If you'd like to confirm a colour before placing a larger second order, just email us with the product name.
