How to order free samples
Email us at orders@flooringwholesale.co.uk with the products you'd like to sample. Ask us to confirm availability and expected dispatch before relying on a delivery date.
Include in your email:
- Up to 4 product names or codes (e.g. Mid Limed Oak Knight Tile, Astoria Oak Camaro, etc.)
- Your delivery address (UK only)
- Your name and phone number (in case our courier needs it)

Not sure which to sample?
Tell us about your room, traffic level and style preferences when you email. Include any heating or installation requirements so we can help narrow the choice.
Compare our own-brand ranges, including Style LVT and Style Parquet, with your branded shortlist. Check the exact construction, wear layer, installation requirements and current price as well as the sample's appearance; similar designs are not necessarily equivalent products.

How long do samples take to arrive?
Timing depends on sample availability, the supplier and delivery service. Ask for the current estimate when requesting samples, and allow time to receive and compare them before ordering your floor.
Are samples actually free?
Yes. No postage charge, no minimum order, no obligation to buy.
Do you send samples of branded ranges like Karndean and Polyflor?
Send us the exact brand, range and product code you would like to compare. We will check whether a sample is available; not every listed product or accessory has a sample option.
I've requested samples but haven't received them — what should I do?
Drop us a line at orders@flooringwholesale.co.uk or call 01903 861474 with the product names and the date of your request so we can check its status.
Can I order samples of products I've already ordered?
Ask us to check availability using the product name and code. A new sample cannot guarantee a match to an older batch; check batch details before extending an existing floor.
