Xtrafloor Flex Pro is a premium self-adhesive underlay designed specifically for luxury vinyl tile (LVT) installations. Originally developed for Moduleo's Dryback range, the 1.8mm four-layer construction delivers professional-grade acoustic performance, commercial durability and the fastest, cleanest LVT installation method available.

Construction
Xtrafloor Flex Pro uses a four-layer build for performance:
- Peelable transparent PET protective film (top)
- High-tack pressure-sensitive adhesive layer
- Heavy-duty polyurethane core
- Stabilising fleece backing (subfloor side)

Installation notes
Xtrafloor Flex Pro creates a floating LVT system. Allow a 3mm expansion gap at the perimeter of the room for the underlay, and 1.5–2mm for the LVT itself. Lay sheets butted edge-to-edge at a 90° angle to the LVT laying direction. The underlay is removable cleanly without subfloor damage, allowing easy plank or tile replacement later.
