Moduleo Roots 40 Midland Oak LVT 22231 is a 100% waterproof glue-down luxury vinyl floor with a hard-wearing 0.40mm wear layer. Part of the Moduleo Roots collection, this beige oak wood-effect plank is a balanced mixture of soft lines, deep tones and intense colours, smooth yet elegant. As a moduleo lvt dryback floor it bonds to a smooth, prepared subfloor for a solid, quiet finish, and works as an entry point into moduleo flooring.

- Glue-down dryback fitting for a permanent, stable floor
