Using Stopgap Fill and Prime

Pour 2.5 litres of Stopgap Fill and Prime Liquid into the supplied container and add the powder gradually with a power whisk in an electric drill, mixing for at least two minutes to a smooth, creamy, lump free consistency; liquid addition is 1.0 litre minimum to 2.5 litres maximum per 4kg of powder and no extra water should be added. Spread it evenly with a steel trowel, and where joints are wide mix a unit with reduced liquid to fill them first before coating at standard consistency. At a nominal 0.5mm it is ready to receive a smoothing compound from 60 minutes, extending to around 120 minutes at thicknesses up to 1mm. It is for interior use only and is not suitable for filling movement joints in concrete.
