Stopgap 1400 is a two-component smoothing compound. Add one 4.5 litre bottle of Stopgap 1400 Gauging Liquid to a 20kg bag of Stopgap 1400 High Flow Smoothing Compound powder and mix. You will need both the powder and the liquid to lay the floor.
