Choose a flooring adhesive for the exact floor and subfloor
Browse F. Ball STYCCOBOND flooring adhesives below. The right choice depends on the floorcovering backing, subfloor, temperature and site conditions. Product numbers are not interchangeable: an adhesive for vinyl is not automatically suitable for carpet, and a click floor should not be glued unless its manufacturer explicitly permits it.
What the STYCCOBOND names mean

F44: an acrylic emulsion adhesive for compatible vinyl floorcoverings.

F46: a pressure-sensitive adhesive for compatible vinyl floorcoverings, not a general carpet adhesive.

F48 PLUS: a fibre-reinforced, high-temperature-grade adhesive for compatible vinyl flooring. Check the exact product version.

F49: a two-part, temperature-tolerant pressure-sensitive adhesive, not a general contact adhesive.

F60: a contact adhesive containing flammable solvents; follow its safety and application instructions.

F41: a carpet tile tackifier, designed for compatible carpet tiles.

F3: a water-based adhesive for compatible textile floorcoverings.

Coverage, preparation and application
Use the selected adhesive's current technical data sheet for coverage, trowel notch, working time and application method. Quantities vary with the specified notch and subfloor. Check moisture, soundness, cleanliness and surface regularity before fitting; primers and smoothing compounds must be compatible with the complete system.
